Inspired by the success of the Intelligent Change Forum, we developed Leaders in Change to build a community around the next generation of leaders.
When we consult with organisations, we get to know many young individuals closely.
We feel energised when we see leadership potential in young people, and we want to take an active part in developing future talent.
Leaders in Change benefits these individuals, as well as the organisations they work in as they're supported to make a bigger impact.
